LotCheck ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that helps you inspect used cars before purchase. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

LotCheck is designed to work entirely on your device. We collect and store the following data locally on your device only:

• Vehicle details you enter (year, make, model, asking price)
• Inspection responses (Pass / Negotiate / Walk Away selections)
• Notes you type during an inspection
• Photos you take or select during an inspection

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it (e.g. via the PDF export or Share Summary features).

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require an account or registration
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting services
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

In-App Purchases

LotCheck offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock PDF export. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage purchase verification. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data as described in their privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Photos

If you take or select photos during an inspection, those photos are stored locally on your device as part of the inspection record. They are not uploaded to any server. When you export a PDF report, photos may be embedded in the exported file — that file is under your control.

Children's Privacy

LotCheck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
